Manual Operation Genset Kubota
Genset Kubota Operation Preparation, before we running genset Kubota for the first time we must provide Batteries, Engine oil, Coolant fluid, and Diesel fuel.
A. Batteries
Empty state of the battery in to the fill with fluid and electrolytes (Accu Zuur). The steps are charging as follows:
- Open all the battery lid
- Fill each hole with a liquid battery element elektrolite (Accu Zuur) until the maximum limit charging.
- After doing the charging, let the battery a few moments to look over the limit elektrolite charging battery fluid.
- If the battery is fully charged, the battery lid with a lid that has been provided.
- Clean up all the spilled liquid electrolyte in the battery.

Battery Construction
Description for the picture Battery electrolyte fluid :
- Level, it can be less , self – ,or too much you must check it before running genset.
- Red cable (+)
- Body Batteries
- Black cable (-)
- Battery Cover
B. Engine oil

Location of the oil cap and oil measuring stick
- Shut the engine oil
- Measuring Stick measure oil
Charging as much as 5.6 liters of oil for Kubota Genset type KJ-T130 and 10.5 liters for type KJ-T230. Oil, its recommended for using Oil Meditran S 40
C. Cooling fluid (Coolant)
Radiator water filling hole
- Radiator lid
- Hole filling coolant
Radiator reserve tank
- Tube container
- Valve, Maximum limits charging as much as 8 liters (KJ-T130) and 10.5 liters (KJ-230 T FX) and the minimum limit of water in the radiator should be added
D. Diesel fuel
- Always use solar charging devices to diesel fuel tank Solar
- Be Sure that are not mixed water and other debris
- Use solar no. 2-D (ASTMD975)
- Between 0 degrees Celsius, no mixture of 1D and # 2D
- Solar’ve looked at indicators of solar
Whe we running Genset Engine Kubota, there are a few things to note:
- Protective power cable must be sealed
- Safety switch must be pressed upward by the protective power cable. If the protective power terminals open the engine will not be active
- If you open the protective power cable when the machine is alive, the emergency stop system will turn off the engine
The steps turn on Kubota generators :
- Generator key input to the OFF position
- Turn off the existing MCB to your control panel

Caption:
A. Position OFF
B. ON
C. Position PRE HEAT
D. START position
4. Turn the tap solar filter to OPEN position (see picture)
- Taps solar
- Filater tube solar
- OPEN position
- Generating a key input into the ignition and turn to position “ON”
- Make sure the charging light and oil indicator light on, or “ON”

- Temperature indicator light
- Oil pressure indicator light
- Charging lamp
- Pre heat indicator light

Indicator light
Step lighting generators Kubota :
- Turn the key to the position of pre heat, Consider starting some time warming up pre heat lamp on and then Genset Off
- After the lights turn off pre heat the key to the position “START”. Note : Do not turn the starter motor is continuously or more than 10 seconds because it will damage the starter motor.
Next consider whether the battery charger indicator light, oil pressure indicator light and temperature lights are in death. Check the alarm lamp is it on. When the engine suddenly died in circumstances of life, check out the cause before the engine on again. Let the engine to start without the burden of a few moments until the engine cycle is stable and then if everything is OK you can turn on the existing MCB on the generator set Kubota control panel.
